Compliance – firmly anchored in our corporate culture
Compliance is a key component of entrepreneurial thinking and action at the WKW.group. Our rules of conduct protect our employees, our company and our customers and partners.
To underline the importance of this principle, we have described our stance on legal requirements and ethical issues in more detail in our Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct serves as a guideline for our behaviour in our dealings with each other and, of course, in our business transactions. This naturally includes our suppliers.

Our compliance system is supplemented by a reporting system. Employees, business partners and third parties can report irregular behaviour at any time.

In addition, our employees, our business partners and other third parties have access to our reporting system, which can be used to submit reports to our ombudsman. Here, violations of laws and regulations as well as human rights and environmental risks and due diligence violations within the meaning of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz - LkSG) can be reported, provided that they affect our company, our business unit or our suppliers along the entire supply chain. You can submit your tips by telephone, post, e-mail or in a personal appointment.
